The basic idea is that the software provided is fully functional, free to download and never expires. Infotech has teamed up with Amazon.com to create a store to offer a wide range of products, with the same amazing Amazon service and prices. Each purchase will help support the development and maintenance of the Infotech “storeware”. Complaint Tracking System

The Complaint Tracking System is used to monitor and control the customer interface when problems are reported. The system is easy to use and is mostly self explanatory. The single user "Desktop" version will allow you to get acquainted with the system as it has demo data available for review and revision in a training and demonstartion mode. Once you have become familiar with the system, you can switch to the production database and enter real data for your site.

The Desktop version is 'Storeware' and will never expire. It is supported by the Infotech Store explained above. However, should you wish to expand access to CTS to a large group, a Network version is available for purchase. The Network version will allow you to extend the access across your organization.
